Salary EUR per year Requirements: - Experience Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in Security Domain Primary skills for Checkpoint and Fortinet Demonstrated experience with Firewalls, Proxies, and Routing/Switching Demonstrated experience with VPN technologies and troubleshooting techniques Excellent diagnostic / troubleshooting skills Excellent understanding of application layer protocols like HTTPS, SFTP, SSH etc. Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Routing & Switching Concepts Excellent written and spoken fluency in English Comfortable and proficient working in a role that interfaces with multiple cultures and time zones Be the technical SME for security device and security service management Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern Responsibilities: - As a Senior Security Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers Work as an integral part of a global team delivering high-value Managed Security Services (MSS) Be a Technical point of contact for customer escalations Monitor customer devices and services to quickly identify, escalate and resolve incidents Understanding of ITIL process (Incidents, Change Requests and Problem tickets) Be the technical SME for security device and security service management Other Basic Security duties firewall health checks, Backup of configuration, Log retention etc Technologies: - Security - Firewall - Network More: Staffing company
