Die TU Darmstadt ist seit über 15 Jahren autonom, übernimmt die Bauherrinnenfunktion und wickelt Bauprojekte eigenständig ab. Das Dezernat Baumanagement und Technischer Betrieb ist mit 140 Mitarbeiter:innen verantwortlich für rund 170 Gebäude verteilt auf fünf Standorte. Wir bauen und betreiben hochkomplexe, anspruchsvolle Gebäude im wissenschaftlichen Kontext und gestalten aktiv die Entwicklung der Stadt mit.

Im Dezernat V Baumanagement und Technischer Betrieb - Referat V F Technischer Betrieb und Energiemanagement ist zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt die Stelle für eine:nDipl.-Ing. FH/B.Eng. (m/w/d) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik für den Aufgabenbereich Sachbearbeitung und Projektmanagement für den Neubau und die Instandsetzung von elektrotechnischen Anlagenzu besetzen. Die Eingruppierung erfolgt nach Entgeltgruppe 12 des Tarifvertrags der TU Darmstadt (TV-TU Darmstadt).

Allgemeines:
Die Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUDa) plant und betreibt in ihren ca. 160 Gebäuden an 5 Standorten eine Vielzahl von elektrotechnischen Anlagen.

Ihre Aufgaben:Sachbearbeitung und Projektmanagement für den Neubau und die Instandsetzung von elektrotechnischen Anlagen (Schwerpunkt Niederspannungsanlagen 400 V und 230 V) der KG 440 und 450 der DIN 276 zur Unterstützung der Projektleitungen der Baumanagementreferate und des Technikreferats des Dezernats V bei den Großprojekten und als selbständige Leistung im Rahmen von Projekten des Referats V F zur Sicherstellung eines nachhaltigen Betriebes. Diese Aufgaben umfassen u. a. die Wahrnehmung von Bauherrenaufgaben, die Ermittlung des Baubedarfs, die Erarbeitung und Prüfung von Planungs- und Kostenunterlagen, die Vorbereitung der Vergabe und die Prüfung von Angeboten und Rechnungen, die Bauüberwachung und Abnahme der Bauleistungen. Ihre Voraussetzungen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium als Dipl.-Ing. FH/B.Eng. der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und dem Projektmanagement für den Neubau und die Instandsetzung von Elektroanlagen (Schwerpunkt Niederspannungsanlagen)
  • Gute Kenntnisse der öffentlich rechtlichen Vorschriften und der allgemein anerkannten Regeln der Technik (z.B. VDE-Regelwerk)
  • Ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Motivation und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fachliche, soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft,
  • Die Fähigkeit, sich mit den Zielen des Referats V F Technischer Betrieb und Energiemanagement zu identifizieren,
  • Gute Kenntnisse der üblichen Bürosoftware
  • Führerschein Klasse B
