Product specialist (m/f/d) electro-acoustic systems - Achern Reference number: 2025-12 The following challenges await you In your new job, you will ensure that our electro-acoustic systems run perfectly. You will be the technical contact for our internal colleagues in sales and technology and help to find the best solutions for our customers. You are the first point of contact for technical questions and develop concepts and technical solutions for our customers' concerns. You will support your colleagues in technology in the implementation of exciting projects. Your tasks will also include product testing and optimizing our systems by working closely with Development. You will use the latest technologies and take care of the familiarization and testing of interfaces and new interface standards. Your technical product expertise makes our exciting customer base, which includes law enforcement, authorities, energy suppliers and KRITIS, a little safer every day - so you actively contribute to protecting lives and property. This is important to us You have completed training in electrical engineering or IT, preferably with further training as a technician.
