About the Position

As a Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for driving our product portfolio to ensure innovative, high-quality products that resonate with our customers. You manage the full lifecycle of our products, from ideation to launch, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions for large-scale campaigns. In this role, you will own the product development process, creating flavor briefings, managing external suppliers, and ensuring that product assets are finalized on time. You also oversee a diverse range of products, from powders to drinkware and merchandise, working closely with suppliers to achieve the best quality and price balance. Your role also includes optimizing product performance, using customer insights, and preparing all necessary documentation to maintain a well-organized product database.


Responsibilities:


  • Own the complete product development process, from flavor creation to managing documentation and finalizing product assets.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure a diverse, high-quality, and competitively priced range of drinkware and merchandise.
  • Drive campaign-specific product launches by working closely with the brand activation team to align on design and production timelines.
  • Monitor product performance and optimize pricing through strategic supplier partnerships.
  • Utilize customer and market insights to support innovation and growth across the product portfolio.


About You


  • Existing experience in sourcing or portfolio management
  • Highly organized: With strong project management skills, you can effectively manage timelines, budgets, and cross-departmental coordination to support sourcing projects from start to finish.
  • Excellent communicator: You can clearly and effectively engage with both internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment across all levels.
  • Creative: You think outside the box to develop product ideas that resonate with customers, using insights to drive innovative concepts and enhance engagement.
  • Customer-focused: You understand customer expectations and ensure sourcing choices align with these needs to contribute to satisfaction and business success.
  • Great relationship builder: You can build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders, bringing a service-oriented mindset and fostering collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented: You maintain high standards for product quality, ensuring a great customer experience with every product sourced.
  • Fluent in both German and English

The Process

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.


  1. Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
  2. Hiring Manager Interview with Ali: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience.
  3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
  4. In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Ali and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions.
  5. Interview with Fredi: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
  6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you
