Position/MainResponsibilities: Our Client is buying and scalingprofitable businesses in the United States and Europe. They areseeking a CTO to join a world-class end-to-end Tech Organization.You will leverage your skills and experience to implementinnovative solutions and lead the Engineering Team to achieve quickintegration of FBA, DTC, eCommerce, Marketing, and Supply Chaindata.

As a CTO at Our Client company, youwill:

  • Lead the Infrastructure, ERP,and Data Departments.
  • Collaborate closely withother department heads.
  • Focus on buildingmodular, flexible engineering products.
  • Servecustomers including eCommerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance,Investment, and Legal departments.
  • Build andoptimize Our Client's cloud stack, data engineering, and ITinfrastructure.
  • Think big and move fast tosupport Our Client's strategicgoals.

Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limitedto:

  • Oversee all activities,processes, budgets, people, technology, and innovation in the TechDepartments.
  • Lead a team of more than 20Engineers and Tech Leaders, providing technicalguidance.
  • Collaborate closely with C-LevelExecutives, Vendor Partners, Software Development leads, AnalyticsEngineers (AEs), and others.
  • Develop managersresponsible for different domains of the techorganization.
  • Build a modular, flexible techinfrastructure and solutions.
  • Prepare thecompany for further scaling across all departments impacted bytech.
  • Define and execute Tech strategy andbuild tech products to support all businessaspects.
  • Design and build IT Infrastructure,Data, and ERP technology solutions.
  • Set andmeasure KPIs for the Tech Department.
  • Mentorand lead a team of engineers, data analysts, and ITprofessionals.
  • Develop and implement strategicplans for technology initiatives.
  • Ensureefficient operation of ERP systems and datainfrastructure.
  • Provide technical expertise andresolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Overseesecurity and compliance of tech solutions.
  • Stayabreast of industry trends and recommend innovativesolutions.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration,creativity, andexcellence.


BasicQualifications:

  • 7+ years ofmanagement experience leading Tech Departments in scalingorganizations as CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, orDirector of Technology.
  • 5+ years of experienceleading a team of at least 20 people, preferably in a techstartup.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience inIT, cloud infrastructure, software architecture, ERP SystemsIntegrations, Data Engineering, or related techfields.
  • 4+ years of experience with Multi-CloudData Platform Technologies (preferably GCP andAWS).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience withGoogle Cloud Platform and Big Query.
  • 3+ yearsof experience in designing and integrating NetSuite ERPsolutions.
  • Extensive experience collaboratingwith software developers and analyticsengineers.
  • Proven ability to set processes andKPIs for a tech organization.
  • Excellent verbaland written communication skills inEnglish.
  • Strong leadership skills with theability to mentor and develop engineeringtalent.
  • Experience in budget management andresource allocation for engineeringprojects.

AdditionalQualifications:

  • Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics,or equivalent technical education and workexperience.
  • Experience defining techarchitectures, designing Data Warehouses, and exploring technicalfeasibility trade-offs.
  • Ability to leadprojects and handle multiple competingpriorities.
  • Experience in Retail or e-Commercebusiness.
