We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join as the Head of Digital - Cancer Treatment Innovation. In this role, you will spearhead digital initiatives aimed at optimizing cancer treatment protocols, improving patient outcomes, and driving innovation in the field of oncology. As a key member of the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of cancer care through the strategic integration of digital technologies and data-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital strategy for cancer treatment innovation, in alignment with company objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, research, engineering, and commercial teams to identify opportunities for digital innovation and integration within product portfolio.
  • Drive the design and implementation of digital solutions to enhance cancer diagnosis, treatment planning, monitoring, and patient support services.
  • Oversee the development of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms to analyze healthcare data and derive actionable insights for personalized cancer care.
  • Establish partnerships with leading technology companies, research institutions, and healthcare providers to leverage external expertise and resources for digital innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for the development and deployment of digital health solutions in oncology.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of digital professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, bioinformatics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of leadership in digital health, with at least 7 years of experience in strategic planning, product development, and commercialization of digital solutions within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of oncology and cancer treatment pathways, with expertise in digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, telemedicine, and connected devices.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in driving commercial success through the development and execution of digital strategies in healthcare markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Fluency in German and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
