For our Global Business Group, we are looking for dedicated team players who want to actively shape our future.
As an EU Regional Director (m/f/d) at Nova, you will take on a key role in overseeing and leading sales & service activities and systems at our customer sites across Europe. This role involves close collaboration with the Account, Sales, and Service teams, as well as with HQ Service Managers. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology standards and play a crucial role in the success of our company. Become a part of our team now
Responsibilities
- Lead Operations and Account Management at NOVA EU, monitor market trends, secure strategic customers, and maintain profit margins.
- Manage a team of approximately 20 service and application experts, support their goal achievement, and promote a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Maintain strong customer relationships, strategically address concerns, and enhance company visibility through tailored presentations and regular reviews.
- Report to the Territory President on customer activities, prepare project proposals, and oversee the EU budget to ensure cost efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between the EU team and global management to align regional and global initiatives.
- Leverage extensive market knowledge to identify competitive opportunities and demonstrate strong leadership skills.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in a senior sales position within the semiconductor industry.
- Location is Dresden – this position requires your on-site presence.
- Exceptional leadership qualities as well as high-level negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams across different locations and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Degree in engineering or a comparable qualification and willingness to travel up to 30% of your work time.
- Fluent in German and English – proficiency in both languages is essential.
