- Vorbereiten, Erstellen und Versenden von Entgeltabrechnungen für verschiedene Abrechnungskreise
- Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Zusatzvereinbarungen
- Anlage und Pflege von (digitalen) Personalakten
- Erfassen und Pflegen von Stammdaten in SAP und ASES
- Abwickeln von Ein- und Austritten sowie der Sozialversicherung und Lohnsteuer
- Durchführung von Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und eine Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen
- Du bringst sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Personalabrechnung und der Personalverwaltung mit
- Du kennst Dich im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht aus
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in SAP HR
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und viel Freiraum eigene Ideen einzubringen
