Also, we will build our own AI solutions platform as we go and use that to generate AIaaS (AI as a Service) solutions that will scale even better :-)More information available upon request. Role descriptionAs an AI Technical Project Manager at Raisults, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced AI and full-stack software projects. You will play a key role in interfacing between technical teams and corporate clients, ensuring timely delivery of impactful AI solutions while maintaining a strong customer focus. Key Responsibilities●     Lead AI solution design and development projects from inception through deployment.●     Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, software developers, and client stakeholders.●     Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.●     Maintain customer relationships and manage expectations through proactive communication and reporting.●     Translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans.●     Oversee full-stack software development, integration, and testing activities.●     Drive problem-solving efforts to overcome technical and operational challenges.●     Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Raisults’ AI delivery methodologies.Required Skills and Qualifications●     Proven experience in technical project management, in AI and software consultancy settings.●     Strong proficiency in full-stack software engineering (Frontend, Backend, APIs, Databases).●     Advanced knowledge in AI engineering including ML/DL, Generative AI, and autonomous agents.●     Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and deliver complex tech projects.●     Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.●     Outstanding problem-solving capabilities and a results-oriented approach.●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and GermanPreferred Qualifications●     Degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related technical field.●     Min. 3 years of work experience in AI engineering or SW engineering●     Familiarity with AI deployment in industries such as manufacturing, finance, logistics, or healthcare.●     Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps.●     Understanding of GDPR, AI ethics, and compliance requirements.Why Join Raisults?●     Work on impactful AI projects with high-growth potential clients.●     Be part of a visionary team building an executive level AI solution implementer (“AI Accenture”)●     Embrace a collaborative culture with value-based leadership.●     Flexible hybrid/remote work environment.●     Excellent personal and professional growth opportunities.
