Unser Fokus liegt auf ganzheitlicher Beratung, Planung und konkreter Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten im SAP-Umfeld. Unsere langjährige Branchen-, Technologie- und Methodenerfahrung schätzen unsere Kunden sowohl fachlich als auch technisch in den Themen Erst- und Rückversicherung sowie Finance & Risk.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns
  • Beratung von „Global Playern“ der Erst- und Rückversicherungsbranche in anspruchsvollen SAP-Projekten im S/4HANA Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit in allen Projektphasen - von der fachlichen und technischen Konzeption über die Realisierung bis zum Test, dem Go live und der produktiven Nutzung
  • Erarbeitung von zukunftsfähigen Lösungen zum Beispiel in Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Professionelle Einarbeitung und ein umfassendes Schulungsprogramm zu relevanten Fachthemen und Softwarelösungen
Das bringen Sie mit
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik oder ein vergleichbares Studium im Versicherungsumfeld
  • Fach- und Prozesswissen in der Versicherungswirtschaft, idealerweise aus der Beratung
  • Hohe IT-Affinität sowie Lust die Veränderung einer Versicherungs-IT voranzutreiben
  • Lösungs- und Ergebnisorientierung sowie ausgeprägte konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Bereitschaft zur branchenüblichen Mobilität deutschlandweit
