Technical skills(Required):

  • Experiencesupporting Microsoft systems (Windows 10, 11) in IT Infrastructurefunction
  • Solid Windows troubleshootingskills
  • Support System Center ConfigurationManager (SCCM) and Intune administration and engineering,collection and query creation and management; application andpackage creation and deployment; content distribution, managementand troubleshooting, and custom reportcreation.
  • Use SCCM and Intune software updategroups to keep Windows workstations and servers patched to correctlevels.
  • Expert knowledge of SCCM and Intune toinclude device enrollment, policy management, applicationdeployment, compliance enforcement, and conditionalaccess
  • BitLocker Encryption throughIntune
  • A solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP and other network fundamentals
  • Goodunderstanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Patch management, DHCPand DNS
  • Hands-on experience inITSM-ServiceNow
  • Proven Customer Serviceskills
  • Excellent written and oral communicationskills in German andEnglish
  • Experience in scriptinglanguages likePowerShell

Area ofresponsibilities:

  • Handleincidents and resolve within SLA
  • Act as a SMEin Intune, SCCM client troubleshooting, windows client patchdeployment and remediation
  • Operate aligned toglobal time i.e. 24x7
  • Involve in problemmanagement sessions
  • Contribute to changesregarding OS and windows clientpatching
  • Coordinate with other teams forincident resolution and projectimplementations
  • Participate in daily and weeklyteam calls
  • Monitor the status of incidents andchanges using internal tools
  • Work withcustomers on new OS releases and UAT from othersites
  • Collaborate with shift leads to excel inoperations
  • Coordinate with 3rd partyvendors/contractors on IT system upgrades/break fixes/newinstallations
  • Implement service improvement andparticipate in transformation initiatives
  • UsePowerShell scripts for automating dailytasks
  • Monitor SCCM environment across APAC,EMEA, and LATAM
  • Read and understand variousSCCM logs as per the issues
