The English Tutor will be responsible for conducting virtual tutoring sessions, creating customized lesson plans, and assisting learners in improving their English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills. Tutors will also provide targeted support for English language exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge certifications. Additionally, the role may involve engaging with learners in group chat activities and collaborating with the broader team to enhance learning materials.QualificationsExperience in English Teaching, Tutoring, or Online TutoringStrong knowledge of English Grammar and Communication skillsThe ability to create engaging and personalized lesson plansFamiliarity with language exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, and Cambridge certificationsFluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skills for planning and conducting remote sessionsA passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their goalsPrevious experience in e-learning platforms or virtual teaching is a plusA bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field is preferredKey Responsibilities: Content Leadership with Creative Freedom Design and publish daily bilingual short-form content (Reels/Shorts) on all official social platforms to captivate and engage local audiences. Develop weekly long-form educational videos (minimum 5 minutes) to showcase your teaching style and grow a loyal student base. Key Compensation Structure: High-Earning Potential: This is a commission-based position, with the educator receiving 83% of all sales revenue generated through their efforts. Payments are issued upon the successful completion of each ongoing course with the client, directly aligning rewards with results. Dynamic Pricing Input: While we maintain standardized pricing across countries, exceptional performers may propose adjustments to one-on-one lesson pricing based on local market insights, subject to supervisor approval in select cases. Exclusive Market Opportunity: To ensure fair earning potential and give you a strategic head start, no other educators will be appointed for this country within the first 100 days of your agreement.
