Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Köln suchen wir ab sofort einen

Manager Controlling (m/w/d)


  • Kaufmännisches Controlling von Projekten auf der Seite des Eigentümers / Bauherrn
  • Überprüfung, Analyse und Verarbeitung von Projektdaten und Kalkulationen
  • Kaufmännischer Sparringspartner (m/w/d) für die Projektentwicklung
  • Internes und externes Reporting für das Management und sonstige Stakeholder
  • Schnittstelle zu kaufmännischen Stabsabteilungen der Holding (Controlling, Fibu, Steuern etc.)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Jahresabschlussplanung nach HGB sowie der Konzernmehrjahresplanung
  • Budgetierung und Controlling von Geschäftskosten
  • Zukunftsorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Instrumente

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling, vorzugsweise im Bereich Real Estate
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung, Kostenrechnung und Bilanzierung
  • Ausgeprägtes analytischen Verständnis, strukturierte Vorgehensweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte für Dritte verständlich darzustellen
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-, Reporting-, Analyse- und Planungstools sowie Microsoft-Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und Power BI)
  • Selbstverständnis eines internen Dienstleisters mit fundierten Fachkenntnissen, souveräner Persönlichkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
