Deine Challenge
  • Spannende Projekte – Du begleitest herausfordernde Beratungsprojekte entlang der Supply Chain in allen Projektfacetten bei unseren Kunden vor Ort in verschiedenen Branchen in der D-A-CH-Region
  • Vielfältige Aufgaben – Du erarbeitest mit dem Projektteam Verbesserungspotentiale durch Analysen und Auswertungen und steigst ein in die Gesprächsführung u.a. in Kundenworkshops, Interviews, Verhandlungen und Präsentationen
  • Umsetzungsorientierung – Du setzt die erarbeiteten Optimierungsansätze erfolgreich beim Kunden um und siehst die tatsächlichen Ergebnisse
  • Leidenschaft für Einkauf & SCM – Du kannst Deine Expertise stets abrufen und einsetzen, um für den Kunden Transparenz zu schaffen, den Reifegrad zu erhöhen, Prozesse zu durchleuchten und Empfehlungen auszusprechen
  • Methodenentwicklung – Du wirkst mit bei der Vorbereitung von Workshops, Interviews und die Durchführung von Verhandlungen sowie bei der Weiterentwicklung von Tools und Methoden im Einkauf und SCM
Dein Beitrag zum Erfolg
  • Erfolgreiches Studium – Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, -ingenieurswesen, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
  • Erfahrung & Trendorientierung – Du bringst erste Praxiskenntnisse in Einkaufs-/SCM-Consulting-Themen mit und hattest erste Berührungspunkte mit der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessabläufen sowie der Implementierung von Systemen und Schnittstellen
  • Tools – Du kennst neben den gängigen ERP-/SAP-Systemen die Lösungen am Markt und verfügst über sehr gute Office-365-Kenntnisse, v.a. PowerPoint und Excel
  • Beraterskills – Du bist eine selbstsichere Persönlichkeit, kommunizierst gern auf Augenhöhe und überzeugst mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungs- und Hands-on-Mentalität 
  • Teamplayer – Du setzt alles daran ein gemeinsames WIR-Gefühl zu leben, das Team steht für Dich, genauso wie für uns dabei an erster Stelle
  • Sprach- & Reiselust – Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und Englisch und bevorzugst regelmäßiges Reisen
