Project Manager Implementation PV

- The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of Photovoltaic Projects ranging from 10 to 100 MW in Germany for a prominent energy company. The initial project, a 50 MW installation, is scheduled for construction between 2024 and 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technical aspects with local PV and RPG Holding teams.
- Lead tendering processes and negotiate contractor agreements.
- Ensure projects meet quantitative and qualitative goals within established timelines and expected returns.
- Manage team members, establish goals, and prioritize tasks.
- Conduct frequent site visits, coordinating with Site Managers, Supervisors, and Contractors.
- Communicate effectively across company departments.
- Provide periodic reports to the Board as per company policy.
- Implement quality control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Technical degree in relevant field.
- Advanced understanding of legal and administrative processes.
- Experience in tendering, negotiation, and contracting; familiarity with FIDIC contracts preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in project management.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
