  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Besetzung von offenen Vakanzen
  • Zu Deinen Kernaufgaben gehören u.a. die Suche, Identifikation und Ansprache geeigneter Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten in den Social Networks (LinkedIn, Xing etc.)
  • Um für uns die passenden Talente zu finden, gehst Du kreative Wege und baust Dir ein gutes Netzwerk auf
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Consultants zusammen und tauschst Dich zu neuen Sourcing-Strategien aus
  • Du baust unseren Kandidatenpool ständig aus
  • Du kümmerst Dich um die Einholung entsprechender Kandidatenunterlagen (CV, Zeugnisse etc.) und bist für das Dokumentenmanagement zuständig
  • Du führst Interviews mit geeigneten Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen, schlägst diese vor, bist verantwortlich für den kompletten Interviewprozess inkl. Vertragsverhandlungen mit unseren Kunden bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung der entsprechenden Position
  • Du pflegst unsere Homepage und postest u.a. neue Vakanzen sowohl dort als auch auf Deiner LinkedIn-Seite und der Hibernian-LinkedIn-Seite.



Dein Profil:

  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrungen im Recruiting-Bereich und hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z.B. im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Du kannst sicher mit dem MS-Office-Paket umgehen
  • Du bist kommunikativ, kreativ, eigenverantwortlich und motiviert
  • Du möchtest erfolgreich in der Findung neuer Kunden und der Platzierung von Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sein
  • Du kannst fließend Deutsch und bringst sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
