C#.NET Architect – Wiesbaden

My client is seeking a talented and motivated C# Software Architect for one of their fastest
growing and most important products, which serves the German justice system.
The successful candidate will join a team of approximately 30 developers, one Senior Software Architect and play a crucial role in further developing and migrating the system into the cloud, which is currently being used by over 10,000 judges and lawyers in more than 200 courts. The goal is to have the application running in every court in Germany and to reach 100,000 daily users in the next 5 years.
Your Tasks:
• Writing technical and domain concepts, presenting them to stakeholders and then organizing the whole implementation
• Guiding developers and introducing sophisticated development processes to improve overall quality
• Between 20-30% hands-on development
• Engaging in regular customer contact to gain a deep understanding of the domain, processes and workflows
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of all C#.NET back-end topics, middleware and databases
• Ability to write clear and concise technical documents
• Expert knowledge in .NET. Experience with containerization, GRPC and SignalR is a plus
• Fluent German skills as you are one of the main communication channels to customers.
This position is 60% remote, with a minimum requirement of 2 days per week in the office. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work with the Director of the Software Department, the CEOs and be part of the R&D department, which is always exploring new technologies and solutions for justice-related problems.
