Boasting a commercial network of nine delegations and numerous distributors, it is a reference brand in over 60 countries. Continuous investments drive the creation of innovative products, reflecting the company's commitment to meeting evolving market demands and supporting its global customer base.


Main Functions:


  • Develop targeted strategies for key accounts within specific geographical areas and integrate them into the corresponding sector's Sales Plan.
  • Utilize an Application Engineering approach to identify customer needs and propose precise fastening solutions.
  • Adopt a Hunter mindset to expand the customer base and increase penetration in existing accounts.
  • Professionally manage commercial activities, including scheduling meetings in advance, defining targets, and maintaining a commercial focus.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local distributors and retailers of fasteners.
  • Regularly visit end-user customers to promote the company's product and service range in line with the commercial policy.
  • Proactively engage in direct personal selling and marketing activities to attract new clients in the industrial sector.
  • Provide support to the customer service department to optimize sales results.
  • Ensure the application of agreed terms and conditions in customer contracts.
  • Strive to become the preferred technical partner by obtaining technical consultation from customers.
  • Prepare commercial offers, conduct practical demos at customer sites, and generate reports for decision-making.
  • Actively participate in fairs as an exhibitor or visitor.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team Manager, Accounting Manager, and Managing Director to manage, control, and analyze sales.
  • Manage and resolve client claims, guiding them through the correct channels for resolution.
  • Ensure the sales team is well-informed about customer information


Job Requirements:


  • Education in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within the fasteners sector is beneficial.
  • Full availability for frequent travel inside Germany.
  • Fluent in German, proficient in English or Spanish.
