HRIT People are working with a global Business in Berlin, Germany with offices in 23+ Countries and 2,000+ Full-Time Employees currently searching for an experienced senior Workday Consultant / Lead.
Internal client-side position - Full Time / Permanent
Tasks:
- Introduce and implement Workday HCM, (including planning, scoping, configuration, and postlaunch)
- Modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management.
- Ensure smooth HR service delivery by working closely with Divisional HR Operations.
- Maintain data integrity and process consistency across Workday HCM processes and functionalities.
- Support and lead operational improvement projects for People Tech.
- maintain productive relationships with divisional stakeholders to ensure clear communication and effective management of expectations.
- Actively participate in maintaining and further developing new features.
Experience:
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience in working with and using Workday HCM.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Workday business processes and configuration.
- Project Management Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with multiple stakeholders across different divisions.
- Fluency in English and German (A bonus)
Professionals must have full rights to work in Berlin, Germany in a hybrid operating model with some international travel (10%).
