Frequently, the relaxation rooms are the place where the most ambitious ideas are born.We are not just professional teams, we are also friends who have fun working togetherIf you are an active person and you feel motivated by the creation/development of software solutions, then this is the place to be; you will not get bored.Responsibilities:Requirements & Scope ManagementGather requirements, define clear scope (devices, software, policies), manage scope changes.Planning & CoordinationBuild the project plan, timelines, budget, and coordinate teams: EUC, security, networking, procurement, and vendors.Deployment & Lifecycle ExecutionOversee deployments (laptop rollout, VDI, patching, OS upgrades) and manage full device lifecycle activities.Stakeholder Communication & ReportingKeep business stakeholders aligned, provide status updates, highlight risks, issues, and decisions needed.Risk, Compliance & Quality AssuranceTrack risks (security, downtime), ensure compliance (policies, GDPR), validate deliverables, and maintain quality.Mandatory Skills Description:5+ years of experience in Project Management and should have good understanding of Unified Communications Systems for end users, telephony technologies, including both Microsoft Teams-based solutions and SIP phone systemsProficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. And other tools like JIRA, confluence and ServiceNowTeam player, stakeholder management, analytical skillLanguages:English C1 - Fluent
