What will be your main responsibilities:

  • Influencer communication and collaboration - engaging with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and overseeing content creation to ensure brand alignment and quality
  • Identifying and partnering with influencers who align with our brand values and target audience
  • Managing budgets dedicated to influencer partnerships, ensuring optimal ROI and alignment with marketing goals
  • Facilitating affiliate deals with influencers to drive sales and expand brand reach
  • Coordinating PR activities
  • Managing comprehensive content strategies for influencer partnerships, including posting schedules and promotional plans tailored to our products
  • Collaborating with influencers for event participation
  • Maintaining a strong presence on our major social media platforms through high-quality content
  • Conducting research to understand regional market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape


What do you need to thrive in this role

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing and digital marketing
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting
  • Optional - possessing basic skills in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro) can be advantageous
  • You are energetic, ambitious individual with a creative mindset and a passion for social media trends
  • You live in Berlin or nearby and ideally have a full-time capacity
