Produktindustrialisierung und Technische Umsetzung

  • Verantwortung für Bauteilauslegung, Werkzeugerstellung, Spritzguss sowie Umsetzung in der Produktindustrialisierung

Projektmanagement und Kommunikation

  • Erstellung von Projektkalkulationen, Stücklisten und Monitoring der Dokumentation
  • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen für eine termingerechte Umsetzung

3D-Druck und Rapid Prototyping

  • Verantwortung für die Integration von 3D-Druck und Rapid Prototyping in die Produktentwicklung und -fertigung
  • Betreuung des gesamten Prototyping-Prozesses von der ersten Idee bis zum funktionsfähigen Prototyp

Produktion, Fertigung und Technische Problemlösung

  • Lösung technischer Problemstellungen unter Einhaltung der Spielzeugsicherheit nach DIN EN 71
  • Betreuung der Werkzeugerstellung und Festlegung von Prüfkriterien
  • Planung und Aufbau von Produktions-, Montage- und Verpackungslinien in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Herstellern
  • Optimierung des Produktionsanlaufs mit Lieferanten im In- und Ausland, insbesondere für Spritzguss und 3D-Druck-Technologien
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Ingenieurwesen, Industriedesign oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, insbesondere in der Industrialisierung von Figuren oder Spielzeug
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bauteilauslegung, Werkzeugerstellung und Spritzgussprozessen
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung von 3D-Druck und Rapid Prototyping zur schnellen Prototypenentwicklung und -validierung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Software (z.B. SolidWorks, AutoCAD) und 3D-Drucktechnologien
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Projektkalkulationen, Stücklisten und der Überwachung von Produktionsprozessen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Erfahrung in der Abstimmung mit internationalen Lieferanten und Herstellern
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Spielzeugsicherheitsnormen (DIN EN 71) und Qualit&
