Wir bei Gresham Hunt freuen uns mit einem der am schnellsten wachsenden VC finanzierten FinTech Unternehmen in München zusammenzuarbeiten, das auf eine KI gestützte B2B Software spezialisiert ist. Dich erwartet ein Team von 30 motivierten Talenten mit einer Leidenschaft für Finanzen und Daten.
Für ihr expandierendes Team ist nun eine Position im Bereich Credit Risk zu besetzen.
Deine Aufgaben als Credit Risk Specialist:
- Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Erstellung und Dokumentation der Richtlinien für die Risikobewertung und Kreditprüfung. Du gewährleistest, dass alle Verfahren umfassend dokumentiert sind und für Finanzierungspartner sowie im Rahmen der Aufsichtsrichtlinien transparent und verständlich sind.
- Du verbesserst laufend den automatisierten Entscheidungsprozess zur Kreditwürdigkeit der Kunden und Kundinnen, indem du eng mit dem Datascience-Team zusammenarbeitest.
- Mithilfe von Finanzdaten über Open-Banking verschaffst du dir einen Einblick in das Risikomanagement der Kunden und Kundinnen.
- Mit deiner fachlichen Expertise unterstützt und berätst du das Sales & Customer Team.
Das bringst du mit:
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium und/oder 2-3 Jahre berufliche Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich, z.B. durch deine Arbeit in einem FinTech oder einer Bank (für Kandidaten und Kandidatinnen mit längerer Berufserfahrung ist die Übernahme von zusätzlichen Verantwortlichkeiten möglich).
- Du denkst analytisch und hast Spaß an Daten, Technologie sowie Risikomodellen.
- Du arbeitest gerne eigenständig und übernimmst Verantwortung.
- Du kennst dich mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen und Themen wie Jahresabschlüssen aus.
- Du hast Lust auf eine hands-on, dynamische Start-up Atmosphäre und bringst einen entrepreneurial Spirit mit.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch.
