We’ve recently expanded into the US, where our managing partner and president lead the firm. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead AI-Driven Product Development: Take full ownership of developing and implementing AI solutions that power our platform’s job application automation. You’ll be hands-on, writing code, and leading the full development cycle from concept to deployment.
- Full-Stack Development: As a hands-on CTO, you will actively contribute to both backend and frontend development. You’ll work closely with our backend engineers (Python) and frontend designers (Visualmakers, Koln) to ensure seamless integration of AI-powered systems with our user interface.
- Architect and Scale Systems: Design and build scalable systems, ensuring the platform is highly available, efficient, and secure. You’ll manage the infrastructure and oversee cloud services while maintaining an eye on performance optimization as we grow.
- AI Expertise: Implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning techniques to streamline job application processes. You’ll ensure the system is robust, flexible, and continuously learning from data to improve user experience and automation capabilities.
- Collaborate with Key Teams: Work closely with the CEO, HR partners, and designers to understand business needs, user pain points, and product goals. You’ll translate those into practical, scalable AI-powered solutions that align with our vision for JobPilotier.

What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-On AI Expertise: You have significant hands-on experience (5+ years) building AI/ML systems, and a deep understanding of algorithms, machine learning models, and neural networks. Proven ability to implement AI into full-stack applications is essential.
- Full-Stack Development Mastery: You are a full-stack developer proficient in Python, JavaScript, cloud architecture, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue). You’re equally comfortable coding backend systems and frontend components and integrating AI into both.
- Proven Track Record in AI-Powered Products: You have a strong history of building and scaling AI products that solve real-world problems. Experience in HR tech, automation, or job platforms is a strong plus.
- Startup Experience and Mindset: You’ve thrived in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges, working with limited resources, and making high-impact technical decisions.

What We Offer:
- Compensation Package:
- Base salary of €5,000/month with an exciting performance-based bonus plan:
- For every €10K in revenue, you'll receive €750 extra until the company hits €100K MRR (making your salary €12,500/month at that milestone).
- For revenue from €100K to €200K MRR, you’ll earn €500 per €10K, leading to a total salary of €17,500/month at €200K MRR.
- For revenue from €200K to €1M MRR, you’ll make €250 per €10K, capping your salary at €37,500/month when we reach €1M.
- For revenue beyond €1M MRR, you’ll earn €100 per €10K, capped at a maximum salary of €100,000/month.
- Equity: 15% equity stake in the business.
