We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join a large healthcare organisation in covering their South West Territory in Germany.


The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using the product.

The role is part of the Renal Care sales team within the Germany organization. It is responsible for the achievement and implementation of the respective territorial and corporate goals.


Please note this is a travelling role, covering the following regions: Freiburg, Constance, Reutlingen, Stuttgart, Pforzheim.

You will be responsible for:

  • Distribution of Renal Care product and therapy concepts.
  • Implementation of defined sales, marketing and general corporate strategies.
  • Development, consulting and support of customers on therapies, devices and products
  • Implementation of therapy and product training.
  • Supporting customers in setting up home dialysis structures.
  • Application of necessary analysis and CRM tools for planning and controlling sales activities.
  • Independent, economical and efficient route planning in the sales area.


You will bring the following:

  • Nurse who is familiar with the processes of a dialysis centre.
  • Sales experience of medical devices and/or pharmaceuticals.
  • Studies in natural sciences and/or clinical training or comparable qualification.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or product management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pharmaceutical sales representative (IHK) or expertise according to §75 AMG required.
  • Fluent German and English language.
  • Experienced in dealing with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
