COMPANY INTRODUCTION

JNG is a global leader in providing integrated solutions for renewable energy consumption, energy saving, pollution control, and carbon capture & utilization (CCU) for power, refining. petrochemical, chemical and metallurgical industries.

JNG is committed to the integrated green industrial value chain of desulfurization and decarbonization, so that environmental protection business can create value and profit, coal can be made cleaner (with lower carbon emission) and more economical than natural gas, and carbon dioxide can be converted into food. MISSION

JNG is starting up a NewCo (Jiangnan Environmental Technology GmbH) in Europe to launch and establish JNG's decarbonization technology outside China and North America. There are ambitious expansion plans to scale up business within the target sectors energy, cement, refining, chemical and metallurgical industries.

Major goal is to leverage the market potential in Europe:

l  "Strong growth potential in European market

l  Ideally placed to develop the green industrial value chain

l  Adding value to the circular economy of decarbonization business

l  Contribution to the early achievement of global neutrality target

The vision is to position JNG in Europe as a global leader providing integrated solutions for energy transition, pollution reduction, carbon capture & utilization (CCUF) and efficient Ammonia-based Desulfurization.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Establish and improve the financial management system, providing overall control over the daily management, annual budget, capital operations, etc., of the Finance department.

·       Preside over the preparation of financial statements and financial budgets and final accounts, providing timely and effective financial analysis for company decision-making, ensuring the smooth disclosure of financial information, effectively supervising and inspecting the implementation of financial policies and budgets, and making timely adjustments.

·       Overall planning and management of the company's tax affairs, completing tax declarations and annual audits on time.

·       Accurately monitor and predict cash flow, determine and monitor the reasonable structure of the company's liabilities and capital, coordinate the management and operation of the company's funds, and conduct effective risk control.

·       Report on the company's operating conditions, operating results, financial revenues and expenditures, and specific plans to the superior management and the chairman, providing financial analysis for the company's management and making beneficial suggestions from a financial perspective.

·       Establish and maintain good communication relationships with relevant government departments and intermediary institutions such as finance, taxation, banks, securities firms, lawyers, accountants, etc.

·       Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company's leadership.

Candidate Profile:

·       Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in financial management or related fields.

·       Over 3 years of financial work experience, including at least 1 year of senior financial management experience in a company.

·       Proficient in financial laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.

·       Law-abiding, with good moral character, excellent management abilities, and communication and coordination skills.
