Job Description:
As part of our IT Compliance & Risk team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring proper business organization and adherence to regulatory requirements. Your tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on ensuring and implementing regulatory requirements (e.g., ZAIT).
- Translate regulatory requirements into tangible measures.
- Identify and actively support the implementation of measures with relevant IT areas.
- Document and track measures and findings.
- Coordinate and support year-end audits and reviews.
- Maintain close coordination with relevant interfaces (finance, auditing, risk management).
Your Qualifications:
- Completed studies in economics, business informatics, or a comparable qualification, with 3-4 years of professional experience.
- Practical experience and in-depth knowledge in the area of regulatory requirements and compliance for financial service providers (ZAIT, MaRisk, PCI).
- Relevant certifications are an advantage (Compliance Officer, Risk Manager, Auditor, CPA).
- Ability to effectively communicate IT compliance and regulatory topics, making the added value clear.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
