Application Support Engineer (w/m/d) am Standort Frankfurt

  • Unsere hochverfügbaren Applikationen im Rechenzentrum laufen wie von selbst – dank Deiner Konzeption, Administration und Automatisierung von Prozessen.
  • Fragen zum IT-Betrieb? Bei Dir ist man damit richtig. Du hilfst weiter – unabhängig, ob es um eigen- oder fremdentwickelte Applikationen geht – und übernimmst die technische Betriebsverantwortung.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass bei unseren Bankapplikationen zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Licht ausgeht und koordinierst, implementierst und analysierst technische Tests.
  • Falls es irgendwo doch mal brenzlig wird, greifst Du fachkundig und entschlossen ein und unterstützt auch gerne Deine Kolleg*innen, etwa bei der SAP Basis Administration.
  • Für ITIL-Prozesse findest Du die perfekten Lösungen, bringst sie an den Start, beobachtest ihre Performance mittels Monitoring und bist auch bei der Umsetzung unserer IT-Betriebsstrategien und -konzepte mit Begeisterung dabei.
  • Und auch bei neuen Releases oder Produktkomponenten ist auf Dein geschultes Auge Verlass und Du bindest sie sicher in unsere bestehenden Systeme ein.

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – kreativer Quereinstieg mit guten Referenzen ebenfalls willkommen
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-System-Monitoring und im Umgang mit Administrations-Oberflächen
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Applikationsservern, bevorzugt Apache Tomcat
  • Vertraut mit Windows- und Netzwerk-Umgebungen und idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Unix
  • Gerne erste Erfahrung mit SAP (SAP Basis Administration) oder Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in SAP
  • Ausgeprägtes Kommunikationsgeschick, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und -freude
  • Spaß an der Arbeit an hochverfügbaren Systemen und im Team mit Rufbereitschaft
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen
  • Gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
