Stellenbeschreibung Sie pflegen und warten die Remote-Access-Plattformen, mit der unsere Systeme betrieben werden Sie unterstützen die Hotline Engineers der globalen Hotline-Standorte der BEUMER Group weltweit bei der Analyse von Anlagenstörungen und deren Behebung in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen Sie haben Kundenkontakt, wenn Sie die Remote-Verbindungen herstellen und pflegen, und treten in einen technischen Dialog, um die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Techniker beim Kunden zu optimieren Sie wenden Cisco-, VMware- oder Microsoft-Produkte an, die den Rahmen für das Remote-Konzept der BEUMER Group bilden Sie beraten Kunden und führen Patch-Aufgaben durch Sie betreuen Kundensysteme und führen deren Wartung, Überwachung sowie Diagnose durch Sie reisen ca. 20 Tage im Jahr zu Kunden weltweit und zu Unternehmen der BEUMER Group Qualifikationen Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich IT oder Netzwerke Sie verfügen über ein qualifiziertes IT-Profil mit Erfahrung in Netzwerken und Servern Sie sind fokussiert auf die aktive Kundenbetreuung und dokumentieren alle Tätigkeiten in ServiceNow Sie zeigen Eigeninitiative, arbeiten selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und treffen verlässliche Entscheidungen Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikationsstark und verfügen über interkulturelle Kompetenz Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Konfliktmanagement Sie beherrschen die englische und deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift Zusätzliche Informationen Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung Bitte mit Angabe Ihrer Gehaltsvorstellung (Jahresbrutto) und Ihrer Kündigungsfrist bzw.
