Du willst im Bereich Operational Transaction Services – M&A / IT Kunden bei M&A-Transaktionen rund um strategische Business Technology-, Infrastruktur- und Digitalthemen beraten? Unser Team sorgt für die korrekte Einwertung der IT und die Trennung bzw. Zusammenführung von ERP-Systemen, Applikationen und Infrastrukturen in komplexen Carve-out und Post-Merger-Projekten. Standorte: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Köln, München und Stuttgart.

Dein Impact:

Als Senior Consultant M&A Tech / IT (m/w/d) unterstützt du Mandanten in allen relevanten IT-Fragen bei Due Dilligences, Carve-outs und Post-Merger-Integrationen – und trägst so zu nachhaltigen Entscheidungen sowie der Zukunftsfähigkeit unserer (inter-)nationalen Mandanten bei. 

  • Hands-on-Einstieg: Du führst Due Dilligences durch, planst komplexe Carve-outs sowie Post-Merger-Integrationen und begleitest mit deinem Team die Ausführung. 
  • Analyse: In deiner Funktion bewertest du IT-spezifische Risiken und Synergien bei der Trennung oder Zusammenführung von Unternehmen bzw. Unternehmensteilen. 
  • Beratung: Auf Basis dieser Daten entwickelst du Handlungsempfehlungen, die du mit deinem Team und in enger Abstimmung mit deinen Kunden in einen Prozess umsetzt. 
  • Kommunikation: Deine Ansprechpartner gehören zur Führungsebene der Branchenführer unserer Zielmärkte, wie z. B. Industrieunternehmen, Banken oder Private-Equity-Gesellschaften. 
  • Mitarbeiterführung: Bei der Steuerung deines Projektteams agierst du souverän und du verstehst es deine Mitarbeiter:innen zu motivieren, um beste Ergebnisse zu erzielen. 
Dein Skillset:
  • Sehr guter Abschluss in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Ingenieurwissenschaften mit IT-Bezug 
  • Idealerweise 1 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der IT-Organisation eines Industrieunternehmens oder einer Unternehmensberatung mit Schwerpunkt IT 
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in IT-Infrastruktur, Applikationen (z. B. SAP oder andere ERP-Systeme), IT-Transformation, Internet of Things, Big Data oder Industry 4.0 (in mindestens einem Bereich) 
  • Starke IT-Affinität, sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte in interdisziplinären Teams, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung 
  • Hohes Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und agile Arbeitsweise, souverän in der Kommunikation mit anspruchsvollen Zielgruppen 
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
