Laufzeit: 12 Monate, Verlängerung möglich

Arbeitsmodell: nach Absprache und Einarbeitung möglich

Vertragsart: Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Arbeit mit der Arzneimittelnebenwirkungsdatenbank (Argus): Fallprüfung und Durchsicht, Dateneingabe, Nebenwirkungscodierung (AE Coding) in MedDRA, Qualitätsprüfung
  • Datenerfassung und Überprüfung der eingehenden Informationen zu ICSRs
  • Fallverfolgung
  • Dateneingabe, Kodierung gemäß der MedDRA-Terminologie und Schreiben von Berichten über unerwünschte Ereignisse in eine globale Sicherheitsdatenbank.
  • Qualitätskontrolle der Dateneingabe
  • Weiterleitung der Fälle an Zulassungsbehörden, Ethikkommissionen, Prüfärzte, Lizenzpartner und Tochtergesellschaften des Unternehmens über elektronischen Berichtsaustausch oder Fax/Post
  • Follow-up von ICSR (Anforderung zusätzlicher Informationen, Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Umwandlung von Follow-up-Informationen)
  • Datenabgleich (Lizenzpartnerdatenbank vs. globale Sicherheitsdatenbank) in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Data Management Group
  • Compliance-Check für die Einzelfallmeldung an die zuständigen Behörden
  • Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen einschließlich CAPAs

Das sollten Sie mitbringen:

  • Ausbildung oder Studium zum medizinischen Dokumentar/in oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Nebenwirkungsdatenbanken (Argus) und Codierungssystemen beim Prozessieren von Nebenwirkungsmeldungen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie und/oder CRO
  • Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Interaktionsfähigkeit
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und Kooperationsbereitschaft
  • Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Sehr gute englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift nice to have
