SciNova have exclusively partnered with a world-leading Biotech specialising in developing pioneering platform used to detect and treat life-threatening rare diseases. My client is searching for an E2E Supply Chain Manager to support setting up to set up all activities ranging from material management through to distribution. This is a completely greenfield opportunity where the ideal candidate will have full autonomy and responsibility for supplier assessment, managing cold chain logistic partners and be the driving force of modernising their existing ERP system.

Role responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimise efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and coordinate all supply chain activities including cold chain logistics, production planning, inventory management, material management and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Finance etc. to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
- Oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality materials.
- Monitor and analyse KPI's to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GMP).
- Full management and ownership of internal ERP systems.
Role requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business orientated Discipline - MSc and/or MBA is desired but not mandatory.
- 8+ years' experience (minimum) working in an E2E Supply Chain position with a full 360 and holistic overview of all activities.
- Proven experience working in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
- Comfortable in working in a greenfield environment where no two days are the same.
- Knowledge of overseeing global logistics, not only regional and/or domestic.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations is essential.
- Fluent in English is mandatory (other widely spoken EU languages advantageous).
