- Advise our clients on the definition and implementation of cyber security and information risk management systems in order to be prepared for threats and disruptive changes today.
- You are familiar with the IT and compliance requirements for financial services companies and advise on their innovative, technology-supported implementation through powerful, future-oriented processes, automation and the use of IT tools – preferably ServiceNow.
- You think ahead: the failure of processes due to unexpected events (such as disasters) does not upset you - you develop suitable business continuity and IT service continuity strategies and processes and implement them consistently.
- You shape the cooperation of financial companies with various service providers: whether hyperscalers or other IT service providers - by designing sourcing strategies, designing control processes and comprehensive risk management.
- In addition, you will be responsible for the preparation, support and follow-up of regulatory audits in accordance with KWG §44 in the information technology and information security environment.
- You think entrepreneurially, actively work on expanding your network in financial services and use it to position innovative topics and projects on the market.
- In addition, you enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, solving complex problems, taking on responsibility in an international environment with the renowned major players in the German financial services market.
- Together with our customers, you will develop tailor-made and tool-based solutions that combine regional and business requirements.
- (Senior) You will become a Manager (f/m/d) Cyber Security, Risk & Compliance for Financial Services with a degree in economics with IT skills, business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science or a comparable degree.
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of IT compliance and/or information security.
- In addition, you have knowledge in the following subject areas: MaRisk / MaGo, xAIT, DORA, ISO 27001 and Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management and IT Service Continuity Management, Service Provider Management (Third Party Risk Management).
- You work in a result-oriented manner and with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
- You have experience in working with or managing regulatory implementation projects in the areas of financial services, IT compliance and cyber security and have experience in in-house consulting as an internal or external consultant.
- You think outside the box and break new ground with innovative ideas.
- In addition, you will contribute your know-how through certificates you have already acquired (e.g. CISA, CISM, ISO 27001) or has the motivation to acquire them.
- You have project management knowledge and experience and have a strong understanding of processes and their interrelationships.
- Furthermore, you have management experience of employees and project teams.
- You have theoretical or user knowledge of common cyber security, GRC or other tools (e.g. ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira, etc.).
- In addition, you have already dealt with the use of AI or are interested in the possibilities of improvement through AI.
- You are fluent in German and English.
