We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Research Analyst to join our team. As a Data Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research to gather and analyze valuable data. You will play a crucial role in providing insights and recommendations that will drive strategic decision-making within the company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data analysis, exceptional attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Utilize various tools and software to collect, clean, and organize data for analysis
  • Develop and implement data collection strategies and methodologies
  • Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within datasets to provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize data findings
  • Present data-driven recommendations and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in data analysis, research, or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in data manipulation, cleansing, and visualization using tools such as Excel or Tableau
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and data mining techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
