Eine Aufgabe, die herausfordert
Zur Verstärkung unserer Abteilung Frontoffice Solutions suchen wir einen Technical Product Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt auf das technische Entwicklungsmanagement unserer Kundenportale über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus. In unserer Abteilung verantworten wir die erforderlichen Kompetenzen im Systementwicklungsmanagement und -design sowie Release- und Bereitstellungsmanagement für alle Frontoffice-IT-Solutions des Meter-to-cash-Prozesses, insbesondere im Bereich der Kundenschnittstelle, über alle Kommunikationskanäle hinweg.
- In der Ablauforganisation bist du Teil der Solution Frontoffice im IT-Transformationsprogramm SPACE, welches die digitale Plattform für das Netzgeschäft im Kundenservice und Metering der neuen E.ON harmonisiert
- Du wirst Teil des BizDevOps-Teams CIC, bist gemeinsam mit deinem Squad für den Betrieb des Produktes Kundenportal in der Solution Frontoffice verantwortlich
- Als Technical Product Manager agierst du effektiv als Bindeglied zwischen dem Team und der IT
- Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Verwaltung der technischen Ressourcen in der Azure-Plattform, Testmanagement sowie Unterstützung im Releaseprozess
- Du steuerst die Planung von Testfällen, definierst Testpläne und -Ablaufpläne, koordinierst die Tester, testest UserStories aber auch gerne selbst
Ein Background, der überzeugt
- Du kannst bereits Erfahrung im Umfeld des IT-Regelbetriebs vorweisen und weißt, worauf es beim operativen Betrieb einer IT-Lösung ankommt
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Betriebskenntnisse in Kundenportallösungen und kennst dich in der Netzwirtschaft aus
- Dir sind Begriffe wie Messwerte, Lastgangdaten, Messwertvisualisierung und Zählerstandserfassung nicht fremd und du kannst sie idealerweise in die fachlichen Prozesse im Netzbetrieb einordnen
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung im agilen Umfeld mit und kennst dich idealerweise im Incidentmanagement aus
- Du kennst den BizDevOps-Ansatz im agilen Entwicklungs- und Betriebsumfeld, bist kommunikativ stark unterwegs und würdest dich selbst als Organisationstalent beschreiben
