Der Junior Endoscopy Demo Systems Inspection Technician, EMEA sollte die Bedürfnisse des Kunden erkennen und mit Unterstützung des Teams an deren Umsetzung arbeiten. Eine schnelle Anpassung an ein sich ständig veränderndes Umfeld ist notwendig, um den professionellen Umgang mit den PENTAX-Demogeräten in EMEA sicherzustellen, da diese ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Geschäftserfolgs sind. Der Junior Endoscopy Demo Systems Inspection Technician, EMEA wird bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse unterstützt. Im Speziellen ist der Junior Endoscopy Demo Systems Inspection Technician, EMEA zuständig für die Unterstützung bei der Inspektion und dem Check von Demo- und Leihgeräten, Testmodellen, Prototypen und Neuwarengeräten sowie für die administrativen und technischen Tätigkeiten, die damit einhergehen. Dazu gehört auch das logistische Handling der Geräte und vorbereitende Tätigkeiten für Demonstrationen.Hauptverantwortlichkeiten/Hauptaufgaben:Wesentliche Aufgaben- Unterstützung bei der Inspektion und dem Funktionscheck von medizinischen Geräten- Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kunden bezüglich einfacher technischer Anfragen- Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung medizinischer Endoskope- Durchführung von Abgleichstrommessungen medizinischer Geräte unter Anleitung- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Auftragsbearbeitung der Demonstrationsgeräte, einschließlich Versand und Aufnahme der Leihgeräte- Mithilfe beim Aufbau und der Verkabelung von Videoanlagen und Geräten für Demonstrationszwecke- Unterstützung bei der Eingangsprüfung von Messegeräten und Kundenrückgaben- Unterstützung bei der Qualitätsprüfung von Secondhand-Geräten- Mithilfe beim logistischen Handling der Geräte- Unterstützung beim Handling der 2nd-Hand-Geräte (z. B. die Inzahlungnahme von Geräten von Kunden)- Mithilfe bei der Aufnahme der Leihgeräte und der Anlegung der ReparaturnummernQualifikationen:AusbildungTechnische Ausbildung vorteilhaftBerufserfahrung- Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit medizinischen Geräten notwendigFähigkeiten und besondere Qualifikationen- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis- Gute Kenntnisse der ERP-und Office-Tools- Logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen- Zuverlässigkeit- Selbständigkeit- Teamfähigkeit- Proaktive Herangehensweise, Zielorientierung- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten- Fähigkeit zu strukturiertem Arbeiten- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten IT-Anwendungen wie MS Office
