Your Role:

  • Assume leadership of a development team spread across multiple locations, focusing on disciplinary guidance
  • Navigate a dynamic work environment, fostering agile practices and team resilience.
  • Drive team-wide and individual employee development initiatives.
  • Contribute to management functions, including training software developers from diverse departments.
  • Exhibit a passion for process improvement and lead proactive change efforts.



Your Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in software team management, preferably with international exposure.
  • Education in fields such as IT application development, computer science, or related disciplines.
  • Prior exposure to healthcare or corporate environments is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in German with good command of English.
  • Motivational demeanour, willingness to travel, and a commitment to quality and accountability.
