In your role asTeamlead Consulting (m/f/d) at myneva, you will be the key anchordriving the success of our projects. You will oversee our customerprojects from planning to implementation, ensuring that oursolutions are smoothly integrated and optimally utilized. Not onlywill you bear the technical responsibility, but you will also leadyour team with foresight and support to achieve outstanding resultstogether. Your mission is to provide long-term support for both newand existing clients, offering tailored solutions to meet theirchallenges.

What you'lldo:

• Plan andlead new client implementation and expansion projects to ensurethat customer requirements are fully met and that theimplementation process runs smoothly.
• Provideongoing support and consultation for existing clients to buildlong-term relationships and ensure customersatisfaction.
• Lead the team, ensuring that allteam members perform their tasks efficiently and achieve the sharedgoals.
• Advise clients on process-related andregulatory requirements, ensuring that the application complieswith industry standards and legalregulations.
• Solve customer inquiries byproviding prompt and effective support to ensure smoothoperations.
• Support the sales team throughpresentations and participation in sales events to convincepotential customers and drive businessgrowth.

• Several years ofprofessional experience in consulting or the ICTsector, with a completed ICT education or acomparable qualification (e.g., BusinessInformatics).
• Experience inproject management, ideally withleadership responsibilities.
• Excellentcommunication skills and a willingness totravel.
• A self-driven andstructured approach to work, combined with strongteamwork and customerorientation.
• Solution-orientedthinking and the ability to analyze and implementcomplex requirements.
• Fluency inGerman andEnglish.
