Our client is now seeking a committed and self-reliant Tech Support Engineer for their office in Munich. As an Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for managing all daily IT work onsite. The position is for 3 days every week (onsite)


Your profile


We are looking for an experienced and versatile individual to join an on-site technical team in supporting a full range of IT infrastructure solutions primarily based around application, desktop, and end user device support.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver first class Tech support as part of the global Tech support team
  • Support on- and off boarding of new and departing employees
  • Manage hardware procurement and device lifecycle


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT Technician role.
  • Software and hardware administration such as account setup, user on- and off boarding, computer- and device management
  • Experience problem-solving technologically complex issues
  • Experience with supporting Tech cloud based infrastructure and other projects such as office relocations and expansions
  • True service minded always ready to go the extra mile
  • Manage hardware procurement and device lifecycle
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This includes the ability to explain technical terminology to non-technical end users
  • Experience working with cloud tools such as Zendesk, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Slack, and Okta.
  • Experience working with Windows, MacOS, and iOS.
