serving in 17 languagesTasksRespond to customer inquiries mainly
via chat, and emailAccurately document all customer interactions
and case details in the CRM systemFollow communication procedures,
guidelines, and policiesEscalate complex or sensitive cases to the
relevant internal teams while ensuring the customer is kept
informed throughoutNavigating multiple systems
simultaneouslyProfileNative knowledge of German (C2) and good
command of English (B2)Excellent written and verbal communication
skillsStrong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple
systems and platforms with easeStrong attention to detail and the
ability to follow processes and guidelines accuratelyPrevious
experience in a customer support or customer-facing role is an
advantageWillingness to work on shifts from Sutherland's office in
VarnaInterest in Sports or I-Gaming will be considered a plusWe
