Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Medical Expert to join our dynamic client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in both Medical Affairs and Clinical Development, contributing to the overall success of our medical and clinical initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

Medical Affairs


KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with KOLs to facilitate scientific information exchange.
  • Organize and lead meetings with KOLs to gather input on clinical programs and therapeutic strategies.

Advisory Board Meetings:

  • Plan and facilitate advisory board meetings to gain expert guidance on clinical and medical strategies.
  • Present findings from advisory board meetings to internal stakeholders.

Patient Advocacy:

  • Collaborate with patient advocacy groups to integrate patient perspectives into clinical and medical plans.
  • Represent the company at patient advocacy events.


Clinical Development

Protocol Development:

  • Design and develop clinical study protocols, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and clinical objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of study designs.

Medical Monitoring:

  • Oversee the medical aspects of clinical trials, ensuring participant safety and protocol adherence.
  • Provide medical expertise during the conduct of clinical trials.

Pharmacovigilance:

  • Monitor and evaluate adverse events and safety data from clinical trials.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety information.

Medical Point of Contact:

  • Serve as the primary medical point of contact for assigned studies, addressing queries from stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication with clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and other departments.


Qualifications

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs and/or Clinical Development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally with Women's Health experience
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and pharmacovigilance practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
