We are seeking a skilled professional to join our clients team as a 2nd Level Support Specialist, focusing on financial processes within the SAP R/3 and S/4 environments. If you have a background in IT and experience with SAP Retail, especially in a finance context, this is for you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve support tickets as part of 2nd level support, primarily dealing with financial processes within SAP R/3 and S/4.
  • Facilitate and manage end-user requests throughout the entire end-to-end process chain.
  • Oversee ticket interfaces related to cash register and warehouse operations, as well as accounting functions such as card payment processing, sales reconciliation, and invoice verification.
  • Provide support for minor system changes, ensuring smooth implementation and functionality.
  • Assist with the testing process to ensure system integrity and performance.

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a support role.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Retail (R/3 and S/4), with a focus on financial processes.
  • Familiarity with international trade, particularly in the retail sector, is a plus.
  • Experience in leading small teams or coordinating with service partners.
  • A strong interest in processes related to cash registers, warehouses, and accounting.
  • A reliable and organized work style.
  • Proficiency in both German (minimum B2) and English.
