Damage Claim Specialist (m/f/x)


Was Dich erwartet:

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere User, Mitarbeiter und Anspruchsteller bei Unfallschäden
  • Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen für unsere Interne-, sowie Subscription Flotte
  • Interne Dokumentation, Auswertung und Reporting der Schadenfälle
  • Aktive Unterstützung der Anspruchsteller und unserer User, sowie Mitarbeiter per E-Mail oder telefonisch (insbesondere im Bereich Schadenmanagement und Schadenmeldungen)
  • Kommunikation mit den Regulierungsbehörden (Anwälte, Versicherer, Werkstätten)
  • Durchführung erforderlicher Nachforschungen in Zusammenhang mit den Schadenfällen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Service-Teams
  • Rechnungsprüfung und Durchführung von Zahlungen an Werkstätten und weitere externe Partner


Was bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (idealerweise in der Versicherungs- oder Fahrzeugbranche)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kfz-Schadenbearbeitung, idealerweise im Flottensegment
  • Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis von Fahrzeugschäden
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen Arbeiten mit hohen Qualitätsstandards
  • Starke Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
