Product Manager Bonding Systems (m/w/d)Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen zur Identifikation mittelfristiger kommerzieller Marktanforderungen mit einem Zeithorizont von 2 - 7 Jahren
  • Festlegung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Preisstrategie, die den identifizierten Marktanforderungen entspricht und eine wettbewerbsfähige Positionierung ermöglicht
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer Roadmap, welche die geplanten Produktentwicklungen sowie die Marktanforderungen detailliert beschreibt
  • Erstellen und Argumentieren von Business Cases für geplante Produktneuentwicklungen
  • Ableitung von Go-to-market-Plänen für Bonder-Produkte, inkl. der möglichen Positionierung, etwaiger Zielkunden und Aufbereitung der produktbezogenen Verkaufsargumentationen
  • Regelmäßige Besuche bei Kunden zur Erfassung zukünftiger Entwicklungen und Perspektiven
  • Durchführung von Marktanalysen, um die kommerziellen Erfolgschancen von Technologieprojekten und Innovationsideen zu bewerten
  • Ausarbeitung von gezielten Marktsegmentstrategien zur Positionierung und Differenzierung der Produkte in bonder-relevanten Markt- bzw. Kundensegmenten auszubauen
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Fach- / Hochschulstudium oder Promotion in den Bereichen Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Mikrosystemtechnik, Physik, Chemie oder verwandte Bereiche
  • Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Spezialmaschinenbau und/oder Halbleiterindustrie wünschenswert
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Marketing, Business Development, Forschung / Entwicklung oder Applikation
  • Selbstständiges, zielorientiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
