Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the incoming quality issue identify, feedback, analysis and problem solving in warehouse. Organize and push internal relevant departments to solve the problem;
  • Responsible for repacking process quality activity including quality issue identify, root cause analysis and corrective action validated & follow up;
  • Responsible for analysis and follow up for quality issue which customer complaint caused by warehouse repacking process, support customer reporting;
  • Responsible for customer’s plant quality issue that related to our products, include on-site confirmation, pre-analysis, collect information and feedback, assisting customer to deal with the non-conforming product. Organize on site rework if necessary;
  • Responsible for non-conforming management process in warehouse;
  • Responsible for warehouse quality KPI summary and regular reporting to EU & HQ quality and operation management, coordinated internal recourse to push problem solving;
  • Internal training for quality mindset and basic quality tools;
  • Continually improvement activity for internal quality;
  • Support the activities of establishing the warehouse quality management system, internal release& external audit, LPA, quality management process realization;
  • Support for quality document management and optimization of warehouse.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above with Science and Engineering degree (Electronics, Materials, Automotive, Electromechanical would be prefered);
  2. Familiar with process quality management，have relevant experience in automobile industry is prefer;
  3. Familiar with TS16949 quality system and quality improvement tools (QC 7 tools、8D、FMEA、MSA、Six Sigma);
  4. Have Strong logical thinking ability, execution ability, high compressive capacity, team-work; Cross-culture working experience is preferred;
  5. Fluent in English and German;
