ParityQC is the world's only Quantum Architecture Company. We have developed a fundamentally new way of solving industry-relevant problems on quantum computers. We develop blueprints for quantum computers and the associated operating system - ParityOS.


About the job

We are looking for a Quantum Design Engineer (Superconducting Qubits) who will join our team of theoretical physicists to realize the ParityQC Architecture using superconducting qubits, in collaboration with our hardware partners.


Your tasks

This position is focused on the theoretical study of superconducting circuits in order to develop novel quantum processor architectures. You will be analyzing the performance of quantum algorithms on superconducting circuit hardware and you will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of tools for the design and optimization of superconducting circuits. This position comes with a unique blend of research-heavy investigations and application-driven simulations.


Skills & Experience

Required Skills & Experience:

  • PhD or Master degree in Physics or a related subject
  • Experience with the study of superconducting circuits in the context of quantum computation
  • Programming skills, in particular Python
  • High degree of creativity and proactiveness
  • Fluency in English
