    verstanden, standardisiert und implementiert werden
  • Durchführung von Zeit- und Methodenstudien zur Festlegung von Zeitstandards für
    Produktionsoperationen, Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen einschließlich akzeptabler z-Scores und Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen zur Entwicklung eines „Get-well-Plans“
  • Leitung von Automatisierungsprojekten von der Planung (z.B. Berechnung des ROI) bis zur
    Ausführung, einschließlich Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement sowie Integration neuer
    Technologien und Systeme in bestehende Produktion, Qualitätssicherung und Wartung

    kontinuierlichen Verbesserung sowie zur Implementierung von Lean Manufacturing
Die Kapitel deiner bisherigen Story:
  • Du hast einen Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau oder in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in den folgenden Prozessbereichen mit starkem
    technischem Wissen: Spritzguss, 2K/3K/4K-Spritzguss, Produktdekoration/Produktlackierung, Laserdruck, Tampondruck und 3D-Druck
  • Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Fertigungs- oder Prozessingenieur
  • Du hast Softwarekenntnisse in 2D/3D CAD, vorzugsweise auch in SAP und VR/AR
  • Du bist bereit, bis zu 30 % zu reisen, und arbeitest interkulturell sowie funktionsübergreifend
  • Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und
    Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch
