With a strong national presence and an emphasis on innovation, this organisation combines modern ways of working with a supportive and collaborative culture.You’ll work alongside a team of experienced Dynamics 365 professionals on digital transformation projects that truly make a difference, while also benefiting from continuous training, Microsoft certifications, and career progression opportunities.Package: €70,000 – €90,000 (depending on experience) + Company Car/BenefitsYour ResponsibilitiesLead clients through the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE – from discovery and requirements workshops to solution design, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-go-live supportTake ownership of functional design for modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing, ensuring business needs are translated into effective solutionsAdvise clients on process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives, providing best practices for CRM adoption and utilisationCollaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure requirements are implemented effectively and integrations are delivered smoothlyDeliver user training, documentation, and change management activities to drive successful adoption of Dynamics 365 CRMMentor and support junior consultants, sharing expertise and helping them grow within the teamBuild long-term client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for CRM-related mattersYour Profile4+ years of experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projectsStrong expertise in at least one core module, with the ability to configure and adapt solutions independentlyExperience in running workshops, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specificationsSolid understanding of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and how to extend CRM functionalityConfident in client-facing situations, with strong presentation and communication skillsA collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or guiding less experienced consultants
