Dein neuer Job :
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung, Konzeption und Kontrolle der Software- und IT-Projekte unserer Kunden, zur Sicherstellung des technischen Erfolgs durch eine hohe Qualität der entstehenden Lösungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden in allen Qualitätsmanagementfragen, von der User Story bis hin zum laufenden System
  • Bewertung und Entwicklung aller Prozesse im Software Lifecycle im Hinblick auf Qualität und Testing
  • Steuerung externer Mitarbeiter und Dienstleister (on- und offshore) in Testbelangen
  • Zusammenführung der Interessen des Kunden und unserer internen Abläufe
  • Begleitung und Dokumentation von konstruktiven und analytischen Qualitätsmaßnahmen, wie z.B. Testläufen, in allen Phasen des Projektlebenszyklus
  • Coaching bzw. Anleitung der Projektmitglieder
Dein Skill-Set:
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Test- und Qualitätsmanagement im agilen oder klassischen IT-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in der Nutzung aktueller ALM-Tools für Test- und Qualitätsmanagement (z.B. JIRA, Microsoft Azure DevOps, opentext ALM, Octane, SAP SolutionManager)
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Methoden zur Effizienzsteigerung wie Testautomatisierung, Testdaten-Management und in der Koordination von Test-Factories
  • Konzeptionelle und analytische Stärke
  • Teamplayer und dennoch in der Lage hohe Eigenverantwortung zu tragen
  • Wissen und Erfahrungen bzgl. Testmethoden sowie Kenntnisse im Anforderungs- und Projektmanagement
  • Gelegentliche projektbezogene deutschlandweite Reisebereitschaft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Kompetenzstufe B2) sowie konversationsfähige Englischkenntnisse
Nice to have:
  • Nachweislich breite Kenntnisse im Bereich Testing und Software-Qualitätssicherung, z.B. durch ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Testmanager Zertifikat oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und dem laufenden Betrieb eines Qualitätsmanagements im Softwareentwicklungsumfeld sowie im Aufbau und der Führung von Testteams
  • Eigener Anspruch und die Lust, dich permanent fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Natur-, Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
