The ideal candidate will be a qualified architect or civil engineer who has already experience in construction supervision. Good CAD skills are helpful.. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Our core competence is building renovation. We repair, renovate and restore all types of buildings, with a preference for listed buildings. Sio we are looking for a candidate with following skills:ResponsibilitiesCooperation with the relevant authorities for the preservation of historical monumentsCreate plans and drawings which clearly outline architectural design of projectUtilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished productConduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standardsOversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction processCollaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgetsQualificationsBachelor's or masters degree in architecture3+ years of experience in construction and architecture is desirable, but a committed career starter will certainly be given a chanceStrong organizational, creative and presentation skills
